This Incident Response Plan(IRP) establishes the procedures and responsibilities for responding to any security incident that may affect our information systems, data, or customer information. 2. Purpose and Scope Purpose: The purpose of this IRP is to provide a systematic approach for: ●Identifying and analyzing security incidents. ●Containing and mitigating impacts. ●Recovering from incidents in a timely manner. ●Communicating with stakeholders and regulatory bodies in accordance with legal requirements. Scope: This plan applies to all information systems, networks, applications, and personnel at Minti/Fullstock that process, store, or transmit sensitive data—including financial and personally identifiable information (PII). It covers both digital and physical incidents that might impact business operations or data security. 3. Roles and Responsibilities 3.1 Incident Response Team (IRT) ●Incident Response Manager: Oversees the entire incident response process, coordinates team activities, and serves as the primary point of contact. ●Technical Lead: Responsible for technical analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery efforts. ●Communications Lead: Manages internal and external communications, including notifications to affected customers and regulatoryauthorities. Legal and Compliance Advisor: Ensures compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, and advises on breach notification obligations.
